// webinars

Group sessions. Real topics. Open format.

Some things are better worked through together. Kipaku webinars create a structured space for that.

// how webinars work

Not a lecture. Not a Q&A. Something in between.

Each webinar opens with a structured presentation on a specific topic. That part takes roughly half the session. The second half is open, facilitated discussion where participants bring their own experience into contact with the material.

Groups are kept small enough that everyone who wants to speak can. The format is designed to create genuine exchange, not passive consumption.

Small group format

Sessions are capped to allow genuine participation from everyone present.

90-minute sessions

Long enough for depth. Short enough to stay focused. Time split between content and discussion.

Online, accessible from anywhere

Participants join from across Poland and beyond. No travel required.

Topics rotate with demand

What gets covered reflects what participants are actually dealing with. Topics are not fixed in advance for the whole year.

// topic areas

What webinars tend to cover

These are recurring areas, not a fixed curriculum. Specific topics within each area shift based on what participants bring.

01

Visibility and Recognition

How work gets noticed in organizations. The difference between doing good work and being seen as someone doing good work. Why the gap exists and how to close it without becoming someone you don't want to be.

  • Internal reputation and how it forms
  • Communicating contribution without self-promotion
  • Working with sponsors and advocates
02

Navigating Organizational Complexity

Organizations have visible structures and invisible ones. Understanding both is a skill. This topic area looks at how decisions actually get made, who holds informal influence, and how to work effectively within systems you didn't design.

  • Reading informal power structures
  • Building relationships across hierarchy
  • Disagreeing constructively
03

Communication Under Pressure

What happens to your communication when the stakes feel high. The patterns that emerge under stress. How to stay clear and credible when you are uncertain, challenged, or under scrutiny.

  • Speaking in high-stakes meetings
  • Handling criticism and pushback
  • Framing ideas for different audiences
04

Career Pacing and Decision-Making

How to think about career moves, role changes, and development investments when you are still early enough that the decisions feel uncertain. What to optimize for in the first five years versus what can wait.

  • Evaluating opportunities without complete information
  • Managing ambition and recovery
  • Knowing when to stay and when to move

// the experience

A webinar at Kipaku is closer to a working session than a presentation. You leave with something to try, not just something to think about.
